This proposal offers three identical， recently refurbished tugboats for sale， currently located in India. Built in 1996， the vessels have undergone a comprehensive "top-to-bottom" overhaul， including a total rebuild of the bridge and navigation systems. The main engines and all deck machinery have been fully serviced， with successful sea trials confirming their excellent mechanical health. While they are currently updated to meet IRS standards for international waters， the only remaining maintenance step is a final dry-docking. All insurance policies are current， ensuring a seamless acquisition process for potential buyers.
