VIP Membership Service Agreement
Effective Date: The VIP Membership Service shall take effect immediately upon successful payment.
Parties to the Agreement: Eshiptrading.com ("Shanghai Juzhou Network and Technology CO.， Ltd."， “we” ， “us” or "the Platform") and you ( "VIP" or "You")who purchase and use the VIP Membership Service provided by Eshiptrading.com.
This Agreement outlines the primary terms and conditions for the VIP Membership Service ("the Service"). Please carefully read this Agreement and the specific descriptions in the Member Center”. By using the Service， including by clicking to indicate your consent to this Agreement and making any payment in respect of the Service， You signify you have read and understand the terms， accept them， and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Article 1: Definitions
1.1 EShiptrading.com: the ship SNP platform operated by Shanghai Juzhou Network and Technology Co. Ltd.， and the URL is www.eshiptrading.com.
1.2 VIP Membership Service: exclusive privileges and services listed in Article 3 of this Agreement， which Members are entitled to enjoy within the validity period after paying the corresponding fee.
1.3 Validity Period: The duration of your VIP membership (on a quarterly， semi-annual， or annual basis)， starting from the moment of payment.
Article 2: Activation and Account Management
2.1 Activation: Subscribe to your VIP services via our official channel "All Site VIP".
2.2 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining your account and password properly. The Platform will not be liable for the leakage of your account information (including your password) not caused by Eshiptrading.com and/or any losses caused by your improper use or maintenance of your account.
2.3 Renewal and Termination: You may choose to renew your subscription before the expiry date. Upon expiry， VIP privileges will be automatically terminated， and the account will revert to standard access.

4.1 Information Usage Restrictions: Information obtained via VIP privileges is for your own legitimate and authentic business use only.
Strictly Prohibited:
①Modifying， copying， publicly displaying， or distributing this information for any public or commercial purpose without Platform authorization.
②Using this information on other websites， print media， or networked computer environments.
③Selling or transferring information to any third party， or using it for bulk marketing (e.g.， spam emails/SMS).
4.2 Information Authenticity: Any information you post (e.g.， vessels for sale or purchase) must be true， accurate， and complete. The Platform reserves the right to delete false or infringing information without notice.
4.3 Monitoring Rights: The Platform reserves the right to monitor your behavior. If a violation occurs， the Platform may immediately restrict or terminate your VIP service， and in severe cases， cancel the account without refunding fees.
Article 5: Fees and Payment
5.1 Fees: Subscription fee and payment methods are subject to the display on the purchase page. The Platform reserves the right to adjust prices based on market conditions. Orders paid prior to any adjustments will not be affected.
5.2 Refund Policy: VIP Membership is a digital virtual product. Once activated， no refunds will be supported in principle (unless otherwise mandated by law). Please verify the service content and duration carefully before purchase.
Article 6: Disclaimers
6.1 Information Accuracy: Vessel information is provided by publishers. While the Platform has the right to review content， it does not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness. We recommend verifying all details directly with the publisher before closing a deal.
6.2 Transaction Risk: Eshiptrading.com is an information provider only. We are not a party to， nor are we liable for， any offline transactions or disputes.
6.3 Force Majeure: The Platform shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force Majeure， such as network failures， hacker attacks， viruses， or government regulations， though we will strive to restore services promptly.
Article 7: Amendments and Termination
7.1 Amendments: This Agreement may be updated by Eshiptrading.com from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website. Before the change comes into effect， you may cancel the Service rather than accept the change.
7.2 Termination: If You breach or are in default of any of the terms of this Agreement， the Platform may terminate your VIP access at any time without prior notice and reserves the right to seek legal recourse.
