Hubei Marine Engineering Equipment Research Institute of Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry has signed a contract to build three 13,000 DWT deck carriers with Indonesian PT Alur Biru Maritim via online video platform “Cloud”.

This type of vessel is the third-generation deck ship independently developed and designed by Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry. It boasts a high-efficient and energy-saving ship and it is approximately 130m in length overall, 26m in width and 8m in depth. Besides, its summer load draught is 12,900DWT and tropical load draught is 13,200 DWT.
