On July 8th, 2020, two units of 2,942KW ASD tugboats, named “XIN BEI BU WAN 16” and “XIN BEI BU WAN 18”, which were designed and built by Zhenjiang Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd for Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port Tugboat Co., Ltd. were constructed and set sail.

The series of vessels is 36m in length overall, 10.4m in width and 4.6m in depth. The design draft of the vessel is 3.663m at the service speed of 13.7 knots with a bollard pull ahead of 51t and a bollard pull astern of 46.6t.
