Yangzijiang Maritime Development has agreed to sell four newbuild bulkers， taking the Singapore-listed company’s contracted vessel sales to $500m across 12 ships in nine months.

The latest 40，000 dwt quartet is scheduled for delivery between April 2027 and May 2028. Yangzijiang Maritime did not disclose the buyer or the value of the latest contracts.

The deal follows two rounds of MR tanker disposals. Ahead of the company’s SGX debut last November， Yangzijiang Maritime agreed a $180m sale of four 49，800 dwt newbuild MR tankers. The first vessel was delivered on July 30， with another due in November and the remaining pair set to follow in 2027.

In April， Yangzijiang Maritime signed contracts to sell another four 49，800 dwt MR newbuilds for delivery in 2027 and 2028. The company at the same time committed to eight 319，000 dwt VLCC newbuilds scheduled to arrive between 2028 and 2030.

Yangzijiang Maritime said the 12 contracted vessel sales are expected to contribute across 2026， 2027 and 2028， subject to completion and delivery schedules.
