CSSC Chengxi Shipyard of China is said to have signed an agreement for strategic cooperation with compatriot Jiangnan Deruisi (Nantong) on November 7.

According to the agreement, the two Chinese companies agreed to cooperate mutually in manufacturing one of maritime equipment, hatch cover.

As of November 7, CSSC Chengxi entrusted hatch cover manufacturing business to Jiangnan Deruisi under the same conditions while Jiangnan Deruisi manufactures the equipment and provides after service for CSSC Chengxi.

Through the latest contract, both companies established long-term strategic partnership under principles of ‘win-win’ realization and equal trust.
