China-based Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. delivered the first of a series of 308,000 dwt tankers to Dalian Ocean Shipping Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cosco Group, on Dec.25, according to a domestic news report.

The vessel measures 333m in length overall, 60m in breadth molded, and 30m in depth molded. It meets new requirements for environmental protection and emission.
