China Merchants Energy Shipping (CMES) has announced that its subsidiary China VLCC, has acquired a further 10 VLCCs following its acquisition of seven VLCCs in November.

The vessels were acquired from Longxue Shipbuilding, Crystal Shipping and Nanjing Tanker.

The latest acquisition has expanded China VLCC’s fleet to 28 vessels.
