Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., operated by China-based and Singapore-listed Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group Limited, held a naming and delivery ceremony of a 3.6000dwt heavy lift vessel on Jan.8 for Chinese-Polish Joint Stock Shipping Company, according to a domestic news report.

It is one of the largest heavy lift carriers in terms of deadweight ton, which will be put into operation in the South American market.

The vessel measures 188.34 meters in length overall, 27.4 meters in breadth molded, and 16 meters in depth molded, the report added.
