Chinese shipyard Jiangsu Hantong Ship Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.(HT) gained a newbuilding order from US-based Vulica Shipping to construct a pair of self-discharging Panamax bulkers, reported a domestic shipping news portal.

Finland-based ship designer Deltamarin obtained the design contract for the two bulkers, the report added, noting that the bulker duo are designed to be fuel saving and environmentally friendly.
