South Korean mid-tier shipbuilder Hyundai Mipo Dockyard (HMD) said July 24 it has won orders for two LPG carriers.

The customer is believed to be a Greek shipowner but HMD would not provide further details.

The price of the two ships is KRW115.3bn (US$99.19m), working out to just over US$48m. The vessels will be delivered by Aug. 31, 2017.

The latest order takes HMD's year-to-date sales to over KRW3.967tn.
