CSSC-affiliated Huangpu Wenchong Shipyard has signed contracts with Guangzhou-based East Sunrise Group for the construction of three SE-300LB liftboats.

The order is Huangpu Wenchong's first liftboat order. The details of the contract have not been revealed.

East Sunrise Group is an integrated marine investment group with investments in shipping, shipbuilding, offshore engineering and ship management. It has been increasing its investment in the offshore sector in the past two years.

It ordered ten SE-300LB liftboats at CSIC-affiliated Wuhan Marine Machinery Plant in January 2014.
