Ⅰ.Membership Points
Eshiptrading Points (hereinafter referred to as the ”Points” ) are rewarding users to obtain benefits. Points do not have monetary or cash value， cannot be redeemed， and cannot transferred.
Users can earn points by daily check-in， upgrading VIP account， publishing ship sales and purchase information， and sharing website content. Points can be redeemed for benefits and services on the points redemption page， please refer to the page display for details.
Ⅱ．The Points Collection
After the points are distributed， users can go to "Me (Member Center)" - "My Points" to view the account point values， and you can view point values， point acquisition records， and point redemption records on the "Redemption Records" page. Your point values are permanently valid， when they are generated.

Users can go to the "Daily Check In" page to check in， and and when you log in to your account， it will automatically check in successfully. You can earn 5 points each time，and calculate it once a day.
2.If the system is busy or trading is abnormal， your points may be delayed in distribution. In this case， you can contact customer service for consultation.
Ⅴ.The relationship between points and credit rating
The credit rating of Eshiptrading users is related to their point value， and as the point value increases， the credit rating also increases， six-star is the highest level.

1).If the user has illegal behavior of swiping points (including but not limited to false transactions， malicious refunds， publishing false ship information， etc.)， we have the right to cancel the user's eligibility to receive points， and the points already received will be deducte.
2).In order to further improve the user experience， we will update the content of the points service from time to time， and the points rules may also be updated accordingly. We will notify you of the updated content through announcements， text messages， or pop-up notifications (collectively referred to as "notifications")， and the updated content will take effect from the date specified in the aforementioned notification.If you do not agree to the updated content， you have the right to stop using the relevant services.You can also check the latest version of the points rules on this page at any time.
3).In order to protect the legal rights of more users，we will take necessary risk control measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the activity.
4).If the user has ever engaged in， appeared or engaged in behavior that violates the principle of good faith through we reasonably suspect， this user may face situations where they are unable to obtain or use point benefits and only have obtain or use partial point benefits.If necessary， users may be held legally responsible，including but not limited to the following behaviors：①Obtaining points through any improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith， such as cheating or swiping points through collusion with other users， merchants， or using machines；②Transactions are reached through any improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith， such as placing fake orders， providing false vessel information， or violating transaction rules.
5).IDuring the use of this point service， if force majeure or other circumstances occur， such as natural disasters， network attacks or telecommunications failures， downtime for maintenance， epidemics， or situations where activities are required by laws， regulations， regulatory agencies， or policy directives to stop or adjust， our suspension or termination of service provision is exempt from liability.

This point rule is valid from 00:00:00 on June 30th， 2023 (Beijing Time). Eshiptrading.com is responsible for the final interpretation.
