On April 23, the naming and delivery ceremony of “Long May”, 210,000 DWT bulk carrier, built by Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., LTD. (SWS) for Foremost Group was held successfully.

“ Long May” is the first 210,000 DWT Newcastlemax bulk carrier for shipowners since the delivery of four 180,000 DWT bulkers last year. It is 299.88m in length, 50m in width and 25.2m in depth and a design draft of 16.1m, which meets the requirements of the new code TIER III and HCSR. In addition, it is registered in the ABS with scrubbers.
