Jiangnan Shipyard Co., Ltd. has signed a construction contract for three 86,000 cum VLGCs with AW Shipping Limited.

With the dual-fuel main engine, this type of vessel is independently designed and developed by Jiangnan Shipyard, which can meet the new IGC Code, Tier III emission standards, and the latest SOx emission requirements. Besides, it features 230m in length overall, 36.6m in width and 22.2m in depth with the design draught of 11.5m. The delivery of the trio vessels is due in the third and fourth quarters of 2022.
