On September 25, Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding Ltd. successfully delivered its 24,000 DWT chemical tanker to the Greek Company Smart Tankers.

It is 155m in length overall, 36m in width and 12.5m in depth with the draft of 5.8m and this NK tanker is designed by Marine Design and Research Institute of China (MARIC) to carry product oils in bulk such as heavy fuel oil, diesel and gasoline with a flashpoint below 60°C and certain IMO Type 3 chemical products.
