China-based shipowner HTM Shipping has resold a 63,800dwt bulk carrier "Jia Yue" coming to the end of its construction at the compatriot yard Jiangsu Hantong Ship Heavy Industry Co., Ltd..

It is said that the transaction was priced at US$23m.

It is worth noting that such a bulker was valued at approximately US$25m two years ago.
